I had the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car in my entire life coming to Premier Cape Cod. Although it was far for me, it was well worth the drive to have such a positive experience. He was very professional, polite, and quick to respond to emails. He was also willing to go the extra mile to make us satisfied. Andrew was just as kind to work with and had a great sense of humor, which made the visit pleasurable. They are an honest dealership and they don’t try to get money from you. They are there to help you get what YOU want. They are happy explain things to you when you need it. I really appreciated the help from Liam after I purchased the car. He sat with me and went over many of the features that I didn’t know about. He was also very kind and a pleasure to be with. There were quite a few hiccups on the process of purchasing a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee, but a big shoutout to Megan Saben, Finanical Services Manager, worked hard to make sure I got what I was told purchasing a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee, but a big shoutout to Megan Saben, Finanical Services Manager, worked hard to make sure I got what I was told to expect. Unfortunately, some of the glitches were beyond her control and related to some new software/hardware at the dealership that was cumbersome and inefficient. Megan was apologetic and professional in spite of some missing details and the details technical challenges.
