After spending a lot of time to go there and decide in a car ,I let them know I was coming down (1.5 hours to get there) they sold the car. Needless to say I was quite furious and frustrated .Ended up spend car ,I let them know I was coming down (1.5 hours to get there) they sold the car. Needless to say I was quite furious and frustrated .Ended up spending 3k more than I planned for a 2021 rather than a 2020. Staff was nice but certainly didn’t want to spend more . Now I have to go spend another &30 for inspection sticker , out of my own pocket . At the very least it could have been included. More

Great service from the moment I walked in the door. I was politely greeted and all the scheduled work was explained to me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
