His approach was professional and insightful. His personal, low-key approach, his knowledge and his willingness to research my detailed questions are the main reasons I bought the car. His descriptions and comments have been accurate and spot on! I am truly enjoying this purchase. Thank you, Gio! My only negative comment is reflected in the dealership's 4-star rating. Unfortunately, I received the first of several survey requests shortly after I bought the car. Not enough time had passed to fully appreciate the new attributes of the car nor to fully reflect upon the purchasing process. It was the only time I felt pressured or hurried during the entire transaction. Again, let be voice my appreciation for Gio. He is certainly an asset to your dealership. More

For the first time since going to Premier, I am not giving a 5 rating. My Jeep was in for 20k tune-up. Cost was 65 more dollars than advertised with no explanation. Disappointing. giving a 5 rating. Frustrating When I made appt I said I would be dropping off Jeep at 8:00am. When I got email confirmation I returned an email that I would be leaving Jeep at 8am. When I made appt I said I would be dropping off Jeep at 8:00am. When I got email confirmation I returned an email that I would be leaving Jeep at 8am. I dropped off Jeep at 7:50, leaving keys in the drop box. In the pass I have never been able to speak to someone prior to 8 so I didn’t try to get in. At approximately 4:50 I called to see if Jeep was ready. They initially knew nothing about my Jeep. Received a call back and was told it hadn’t been serviced. Apparently box was checked prior to my arrival. It was frustrating because no one bothered to call that I didn’t come when I had an appointment and that no one noticed a Jeep right outside that hadn’t moved all day. Jeep was finally done Monday. Went to pick it up and felt that I was a bother to Michelle. She was obviously busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would have gone a long way. I sat down ( not asked to do so) and she put papers in front of me I signed, gave her my credit card and that was done. No “thank you, any questions, etc. ) I know we all have bad, busy days but I’m pretty sure if it had been my first time there I wouldn’t be back. More
