Could not be happier... We had contacted Kyle Hein about a 2017 Pre Owned Grand Cherokee. After him doing a lot of research on it and running numbers he was open, honest and We had contacted Kyle Hein about a 2017 Pre Owned Grand Cherokee. After him doing a lot of research on it and running numbers he was open, honest and forthright in explaining how it just didn't make sense financially etc. He offered to help find the best option for us and boy, did he deliver. I am now driving a brand new 2020 Grand Cherokee with all the bells and whistles and could not be happier. He handled issues with our insurance company in an incredibly timely manner, took care of registration and had the patience of a saint attempting to teach me how to use all the technology in this car.
