I was advised after the service that software changes were also upgraded according to Audi specifications. I was very pleased that the dealership identified these software changes and resolved them as part of the Audi service. My Q7 is the first Audi I have owned and I have used Premier Cape Cod for all of my service needs. From the ease of scheduling my appointment, signing in upon my arrival to signing out of my paper work, and a thorough explanation by Matt Gustafson of all the work that was performed on my vehicle. When it came time to get ready to take off in my new car, Justin was extremely helpful and thorough educating me on the different features of my new Jeep. Best dealership experience. The moment we walked into the dealership and were greeted by Kyle Hein, we knew this wasn't your regular car dealership. We explained we were researching the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and wouldn't be actively purchasing for over 6 months. Kyle listened to our requirements, showed us several models and options, and made his recommendation on what he thought would best fit our needs. In May when we were ready to purchase (the exact model he recommended), we contacted Kyle as well as a friend of the family who worked for another Jeep dealership. The buying experience couldn't have been more different. High-pressure sales tactics versus frankness and integrity. At that point, price wasn't even a consideration. We happily went back to Premier and purchased through Kyle, feeling we got his best price both for the new vehicle and our trade-in. Andrew Dent completed the purchase process and, again, was informative about service packages available, but never pressured. As a matter of fact, everyone we dealt with at Premier Cape Cod was nothing but helpful and professional. This will be our first stop for any future vehicle purchases.
