Went in for a recall on my 16 charger Hellcat, they had to replace my cats, they tried to charge me 400.00 for 2 straps, when asked what there for, he never answered, 2nd they tried to charge me labor on a to replace my cats, they tried to charge me 400.00 for 2 straps, when asked what there for, he never answered, 2nd they tried to charge me labor on a warranty/recall. They gave me a total estimate of 2400, I asked them you want me to pay you for this, the guy said yes. I contacted SRT and Dodge and filed complaints my car was serviced at another dealership and didn't cost anything. I would recommend finding a different dealer these are xxxx. More

Updated review: I had to have my 2019 Ram towed to Premier Cape Cod when it broke down in my drive way and would not start. After a week of sitting in the lot it was finally brought in to be looked at Premier Cape Cod when it broke down in my drive way and would not start. After a week of sitting in the lot it was finally brought in to be looked at (for a $139 diagnostic fee). Service called to tell me the no start issue was caused by a front right hub and wheel bearing. I didn’t not believe this would cause a no start issue. I asked to speak to the service manager (Danielle) who was extremely rude. I was told this was the issue and if I didn’t want the to fix it, to come get it, which is exactly what I did. After having the truck towed to central ram in Raynham I received a call saying the truck had arrived completely dismantled, the way Premier left it. The interior was dismantled, breaks unhooked, wiring undone, battery unhooked, the fuses out etc. They would have to reassemble the truck before they could diagnose the issues. I had to pay $432.50 for the truck to be put back together before being told it was the RF HUB or Remote frequency hub, not the FR HUB AND WHEEL BEARING LIKE I WAS TOLD AND ALSO GIVEN IN A WRITEN REPORT SAYING. Needless to say I was out of pocket $571.50 and 3 weeks without a vehicle due to Premier’s incompetence. After posting a review on multiple sites I was contacted by a manager (I believe his name was Al) who was actually very pleasant. He offered a refund of $139 for the incorrect diagnosis but not the $432.50 I was out of pocket for leaving the truck in pieces. I opted to call the attorney general instead in hopes to collect all the money Premier cost me. This was only one of a number of issues I’ve had with their service department. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER DEALER!! More
found a round rock hole on the plastic cover passenger side tow mirror. I went to the parts department and told him about it, without even looking at the mirror, he goes and orders me a new one at a cost side tow mirror. I went on line that night and found a genuine OEM cover for $77.35 from a Mopar parts store.....That's all it needed. 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie. Very disappointed. More

Ordered a jeep rubicon hardtop in October - was told it would arrive no later than mid Nov. The hardtop did not arrive until December 31st. Did not get update on arrival until I called. Set up appt for hardtop to be installed for Jan 13th at 1:00pm. Was told it would be completed that day. Arrived at 4:30pm & jeep top not completed. Waited for one hour at Premier - only to be told at 5:30pm that the electrical component of the hardtop could not be completed. Was told that it would be completed the next morning. Received a text at 9:00am the next morn saying the jeep was ready. Again I had to find a ride to Premier to pick up the jeep at 4:30pm after I got out of work. There was no one to help me figure out the workings of the new back windshield wiper. I am studying my jeep handbook to figure it out still. Not to mention, that the first night I appeared to pick up my jeep - when it was not ready, I was told to pull into the big garage with a friend’s hatchback to pick up my soft top. The mechanic in the service dept was yelling at me that I was not pulling in correctly & was obviously angered. Shouldn’t I have been the one upset that I wasted a trip to Premier when my vehicle was not ready? I had already been waiting an hour for service. As I sat waiting for my jeep to be ready for an hour that first night, I had to listen to a political diatribe from one of the Premier employees ranting politics in the other room - spewing f-bombs about HER politics! Totally unprofessional!! Lastly, $2800 for my jeep hardtop & $400+ for labor. Whaat!! More
Danielle is the best at what she does. What ever my car needs she makes sure it gets done ! One day I was in a pinch and needed an oil change ASAP she came and picked up my car and brought it back !
