We have just encountered the worst service that I have ever had with my daughter’s 2019 Jeep. She had a water leak and brought it to the to yourJeep dealership. You make it VERY difficult to have your car serviced in the time of Covid. In the beginning when you had stopped your car service, you had at least offered a loaner for the day but not now. You won't let p the time of Covid. In the beginning when you had stopped your car service, you had at least offered a loaner for the day but not now. You won't let people stay in your waiting room for longer than an hour, you have no car service to get them to work and you no longer offer a vehicle yet all of these other dealerships that my friends and co-workers go to have access to both. I refused to buy a car from the Chevy dealership on the Cape due to their Service Department. I will consider these last few experiences during Covid heavily when it comes time to buy a new car in the next 12 months. More
