I have 2 problems the cargo lights keep coming on for no reason and the center console gets stuck shut, unfortunately the technician was unable to diagnose the problem during the repair visit. One cargo light burnt out from being on constantly, they did replace the bulb but at a cost to me of $32.00 I feel this was a an exorbitant rate considering it was a 5 minute fix I don't think this is good buisnes both problems are still happening the cargo lights still come on and now the center console is stuck in the closed position More
Called Jeep to get an oil change and fix a headlight bulb that went out. Jeep got us in quickly and even helped with my question about why my tire pressure kept decreasing. I dropped the jeep off. I left the keys with Michelle and walked the dog and came back in a hour and everything was done. The oil was changed,rotated the tires and inspected the car. Olivia was not given the proper technical support she needed. I stated my problem on a index card and that was given to Olivia to pass on the shop.
