Very disappointed. I had dropped vehicle off on a Saturday and rented a car. Michelle calls me in the following Tuesday that the car was all ready. Brought my Ram in for a airbag recall and they broke the heater door. They said it wasn’t related to the recall and charged me for the repair...$853.00!
