I understand COVID is holding things up but the stories I was given regarding the part needed varied too much. Worse yet I had to be one making contact with the dealer days after I was told my car should be was given regarding the part needed varied too much. Makes me seriously wonder if it was ever ordered. Then when it came in it was the wrong part. Shouldn't a dealer know what parts work with their cars? The dealer had my car for 3 weeks. More

Needed a spare key for jeep. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks out. Took 45min to get key programmed. When I had I had ok Ken with parts specialist originally I was quoted $203 for cost of key.
