Premier’s Jeep service department is the best around—mostly because of the staff. I’ll begin by saying that the problem was most likely something had kicked up and got stuck on the wheel well. I started having one of those “mystery noises” when I would go over bumps in my 2019 Cherokee, so I emailed Michelle Martin, my go to service advisor, on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning, I got a call from her saying to drop it off and she’d arrange for a loaner. It’s summer on Cape Cod and evening with COVID-19, everything is busy, busy, busy here—car service is no exception. As is usually the case when you have a mystery noise, by the time I drove the 30 miles, it disappeared as quickly as it started. Michelle was ready anyway with my loaner and was insistent on the technicians having a look just in case. She even asked if I would like to have them do my upcoming tire rotation and oil change while it was up on the lift. Saved me an extra trip! Thanks Michelle and the guys who took my wheels for a test drive, checked her over, tightened a couple of things and had it ready the next morning. I appreciate you SO MUCH! More

We showed up without an appointment late on a Friday afternoon with a giant screw in one of our tires and were greeted with a smile and a “yes we can help you” up without an appointment late on a Friday afternoon with a giant screw in one of our tires and were greeted with a smile and a “yes we can help you” - not an eye roll and a sigh. So refreshing! They were able to repair the tire on the spot and we were on our way a little over an hour later. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. These folks are tremendous! More
Dishonest service department My car was towed in due to a failed fuel pump On Saturday. July 18. It took almost 5 days for them to look at my Jeep. The gentleman I spoke with Saturday was great then I didn’t hear from anyone Monday so I called Tuesday. My only contact after that was Michelle I think. She continued to tell me they didn’t have a chance to look at it because they were busy and it was a tow in. I finally called and was told the fuel pump needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered. Sadly, they continued to give me false information about how long it took for pump to be delivered. I found out through a contact at Chrysler headquarters that it was delivered the day after it was ordered with my VIN number assigned to it. I called daily for updates. They finally called to say they received the pump on July 27. The car was finally fixed and returned July 29. I asked 3 times about a loaner car. She consistently said they didn’t have any. I was without my car for 12 days. Communication was was dishonest. All anyone wants is honesty and good service. We’ve purchased many vehicles there. This was not what I expected. I understand that MA has rules regarding COVID but not being prepared for unexpected breakdowns is ridiculous. Had I know it would take 12 days to get back I would have taken it somewhere else or at least rented a car. More

For the first time since going to Premier, I am not giving a 5 rating. My Jeep was in for 20k tune-up. Cost was 65 more dollars than advertised with no explanation. Disappointing. giving a 5 rating.
