Frustrating When I made appt I said I would be dropping off Jeep at 8:00am. When I got email confirmation I returned an email that I would be leaving Jeep at 8am. I dropped off Jeep at 7:50, leaving keys in the drop box. In the pass I have never been able to speak to someone prior to 8 so I didn’t try to get in. At approximately 4:50 I called to see if Jeep was ready. They initially knew nothing about my Jeep. Received a call back and was told it hadn’t been serviced. Apparently box was checked prior to my arrival. It was frustrating because no one bothered to call that I didn’t come when I had an appointment and that no one noticed a Jeep right outside that hadn’t moved all day. Jeep was finally done Monday. Went to pick it up and felt that I was a bother to Michelle. She was obviously busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would have gone a long way. I sat down ( not asked to do so) and she put papers in front of me I signed, gave her my credit card and that was done. No “thank you, any questions, etc. ) I know we all have bad, busy days but I’m pretty sure if it had been my first time there I wouldn’t be back. More
Everyone is always friendly and personable. They ask questions and keep you up to date on the status of your service appointments. I completed survey and you had no intention of posting it because of the terrible rating I gave ur service dept I will submits again now. 3 times I had to bri g my Jeep Wrangler in fir service 3 cons because of the terrible rating I gave ur service dept I will submits again now. 3 times I had to bri g my Jeep Wrangler in fir service 3 consecutive days because the didn’t know how to fix the first tim then they put the wrong content oil in it. Then the hit me with an inflated cost of labor rate $278 per hour labor!!! R u kidding me. And I had to tell them how to fix it and u wrote down the correct oulbwight to put in. And they put in wrong oil. Bright idea premier You should really look into ur service dept. compared to other keep dealers service dept I won’t be back. And looking at ur survey answers from other customers. Some of these r complaints they won’t be back either. So what ask fir survey if u don’t post all of them. My truck was not repaired after going there twice. I had been to two other dealers and they could not fix it either. I was told Premier could handle it. I tried to make another appointment but no one will r been to two other dealers and they could not fix it either. I was told Premier could handle it. I tried to make another appointment but no one will respond to me. I tried to explain what the truck was doing when the engine light came on, but the service advisors would not take my input. Will never go here again. Would not recommend the service Dept here to anyone. More
