disappointing communication and service My partner and I bought a vehicle from premier a few years back. initially that was a good experience, until we were signing papers and figuring out o My partner and I bought a vehicle from premier a few years back. initially that was a good experience, until we were signing papers and figuring out our payment plan. premier was not happy that we dd not purchase any of their in-house add-on insurances/services and became quite aggressive in trying to convince us to buy them. it is clear that their team must be making money dependent on those add-on packages and was disappointing to watch them ruin a relationship with a new customer by pushing so hard right at the end of what had been a lovely experience. to make matters worse, over the past 1-2 years that we have had our vehicle the service from their location has been equally disappointing. we do most of our car maintenance ourselves and do not need to pay 200-1000% markup on parts from their service center. that said, we unfortunately did not read some fine print on a recent complimentary check and they ended up installing a 10 dollar piece for the egregious price of 150. they were not amenable to correcting this. we are unhappy with their service and will have to take our business elsewhere in the future. All repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I cannot however give you 5 stars, I was at the shop Thursday & Friday 18 & 19 June 2020. Current state guidelines require facial coverings be worn indoors if one cannot be safely 6' apart. Michelle and a few other folks in the "front office" (entry door desks) were wearing masks and all visitors to the service Center arrived and kept masks on for the duration of their visit. It was other Staff that was lax. The women who works in the office near the ladies room, never once had a mask on, in both the days I visited the facility, either in her office or out by the entry door/desks, and both days, some random gentlemen, staff, were unmasked each day in that same publich area by the doors and the desks. I will not visit again until you tighten up your ship. More

The front desk people are great (five stars), but your corporate structure is poor and your mechanics don’t seem interested in accurate diagnosis. Premier took the car in on schedule and had it done when promised. The lounge area was limited to four people for safe distancing. Everyone wore masks as required! Great place for service! promised.
