It was a nightmare dealing with the service department. I had to personally call the GM to get any answers and it still isn’t right. My concern...... I was not sure if the car was disinfected after servicing!!!! There was no notice placed in the car. I was grateful that I brought a disinfectant spray that I could use on my da disinfected after servicing!!!! There was no notice placed in the car. Ram 2019 center console issues My new Ram (oct 2019) console starting acting up and required replacement. This was a repeat of the experience on a 2018 Ram 1500 the year before. I My new Ram (oct 2019) console starting acting up and required replacement. This was a repeat of the experience on a 2018 Ram 1500 the year before. I have driven the same truck since the early 90s probably 8 or 9 trucks and without exception all performed without issue over the years all with the big V8 Given my experience with the last two Trucks and the new electronic gear boxes that are modified almost annually I think Ram has throw themselves on the Sword of trying to get higher mileage at the cost of quality thinner bodies etc The console is a nightmare. On the bright side the crew at premier stepped up to the plate and kept the truck almost three weeks waiting for a replacement and gave me a 2020 Ram 1500 to drive with the smaller engine. Guess what the console played up, imagine my excitement that still instal the same stuff (cleaned up for sensitive readers) David and Michelle are top shelf and provide excellent service but this must be costing Ram a bunch of money year over year. However the downside is I am doubting my next purchase will be a Ram. More
