Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Cape Cod - Service Center

Had 2016 Jeep Compass towed there which I thought was a transmission problem. Thought it would be covered under warranty. After car was there a week found out it was rear brakes and was quoted almost 1200 transmission problem. Thought it would be covered under warranty. After car was there a week found out it was rear brakes and was quoted almost 1200 dollars to repair plus the 140 I was charged for diagnostic test. Abusively overpriced. Declined service and had it towed to my mechanic I used in Onset and car was done in 2 hours for a total price of 403 dollars. Almost a 1000 dollar difference. Had to chase service manager for updates. Bought vehicle here but will never bring or buy a vehicle here ever again. More

I had an overall fantastic experience at this dealership. I went in on a Saturday and was very happy to see they were still open at 2:30 for a state inspection sticker. Ian at the front desk was very friendly and professional. He said the service would probably take around half an hour (I did not have an appointment) and I was out in probably 15-20 minutes. The lobby was very clean and comfortable and every employee I saw was very personable with customers. I would recommend this dealership for services to others! More

Thermostat Replacement Great service from the Service Dept. of Premier Jeep. My 2014 Wrangler went in for a thermostat replacement, however, while there the car received so Great service from the Service Dept. of Premier Jeep. My 2014 Wrangler went in for a thermostat replacement, however, while there the car received some body damage. Premier Jeep provided me a loaner car and replaced the thermostat and performed body work repairs all a no charge to me !! The team was also great to work with and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Thanks for going above and beyond what I expected !! More
