Worst service ever. First time I went for service my 2018 Jeep had the Jeep shake and it took them 3 weeks to get a part in and then another 3 weeks once they got the part to get me in for service because th Jeep had the Jeep shake and it took them 3 weeks to get a part in and then another 3 weeks once they got the part to get me in for service because they said they were backed up. Second time, my car had to get towed in and they had my car for 11 days to fix issue. Had to keep calling every day for updates because they weren’t updating me. Car was only 4,000 miles over warranty and the only financial assistance they gave was a promo code they were offering on their website for 10% off service and said you can contact Jeep and maybe they will offer to pay more of the bill. Wrote an email to general manager about my dissatisfaction and never got a response. Stay away More

I have had a rattle in my van since I bought it in 2018. I have had the service department look at this problem numerous times. They heard the rattle but could not find it. They thought it was my shocks and I have had the service department look at this problem numerous times. They heard the rattle but could not find it. They thought it was my shocks and replaced them. Then they told me this is a normal rattle for this van. They either say they can not find it or they say they don't hear it. The rattle is irritating. They spend time looking but nothing is accomplished. Perhaps they need to talk to the headquarters. I am not satisfied with the service. More
Very nice experience again. I have driven and owned nothing but Jeeps since 1982. We now own two Jeeps. My wife bought a Jeep five years ago this month a week before the six week I have driven and owned nothing but Jeeps since 1982. We now own two Jeeps. My wife bought a Jeep five years ago this month a week before the six weekends of one foot of snow each. My wife and I were extremely happy that we were both safe driving in our Jeeps. Honestly one of the pest service experiences I’ve ever had. Even though I live in Plymouth and there is a Jeep dealership in Plymouth I will gladly make the 45 minute drive down to Premier. I had Ian Duff had. Even though I live in Plymouth and there is a Jeep dealership in Plymouth I will gladly make the 45 minute drive down to Premier. I had Ian Duffy as a service writer. The service department was swamped with work. Ian’s was calm, I was in and out in 20 minutes with a loaner and everything was taken care of. Billing was fair there were not surprises or up selling with scare tactics that I’ve seen other dealerships use. I remember the old commercials, “We’re five star. We’re better and we’ll prove it” Well you proved it. I’ll be back. More
they were not helpful at all They basically said they couldn't fix my car even though it was a jeep problem. That was never brought to my attention.
