Not very proffesional First I called parts department and the gentle man there called me a sir when I explained I was a lady his answer back to me was I'm sorry but you do First I called parts department and the gentle man there called me a sir when I explained I was a lady his answer back to me was I'm sorry but you do sound like your a man. Extremely rude. Then I called the administrative office to report the incident and was told I would be helped by a women in service department to have my key made for my car. I kept getting told me car would be ready day after day it wasn't ready. When I went in very upset I was directed to talk to management. He explained that there where other issues discovered and I was looking at more then my car was worth to even fix it. All I wanted was a key made for my vehicle. I am now working with another Chrysler dealer ship in another location which has been awesome I have had no issues and they made me a key which this dealer told Me was unable to be done. Thank you More

Veteran Helped attitude given I brought my car in to get the front breaks done and oil changed. everything was great I was set up with a loaner vehicle for a few days. I received I brought my car in to get the front breaks done and oil changed. everything was great I was set up with a loaner vehicle for a few days. I received the cost of the repairs and it was quite high so I had to have them not do the rear breaks A veteran organization was helping me with the cost and I was informed that Michelle was less then polite or professional that is putting it nicely. When i picked up my car she was standoffish. In the past i have never had any issues and always found it pleasurable to get my car done there. I will likely still get my car serviced there however i will not go to Michelle I will wait for the next available employee to help. More
