New Car Inspection I had recently leased a new Compass and stopped in to pick up the registration. With the aid of Kyle Hein, we were able to get the Compass right in fo I had recently leased a new Compass and stopped in to pick up the registration. With the aid of Kyle Hein, we were able to get the Compass right in for an inspection. The whole process took about 20 minutes and there was no charge. They also inflated the tires to the proper psi due to the cold weather. The service at Premier is the best I've ever experienced anywhere, and I've purchased / leased a lot of cars. More

Had to come back a second time in two weeks The day after I brought my new jeep home my passenger noticed the vent was not secured in the “socket”. I made an apt with Premier service center & br The day after I brought my new jeep home my passenger noticed the vent was not secured in the “socket”. I made an apt with Premier service center & brought it in. A gentleman helped me but I didn’t catch his name. I explained to him that I can push the vent in & it looks stable but after awhile it just pops out. When the jeep was done he walked me out to the car & explained in an almost condescending way that the vent has two clips & they fit right in & it looks good & “should” be fine with no more problem. By the time I got home the vent had popped out again. They clearly did nothing but what I had been doing which is just to push it in. I called again & got Michelle. She was very good. She ordered a new part & called me in a few days to have me come back in & a short while later I was on my way. I haven’t had a problem since. I wish I was listened to the first time but at least Michelle got the job done right. More
