On Sunday August 4th 2019, I lost my A/C completely. I bought this 2015 Jeep Grande Cherokee on Dec 6, 2018 from your dealership. I am dissatisfied with the service department giving me an appointment 20 days out. I spoke to Mike, The GM and he said he would make arrangements with Austin Blake to get me in an appointment at earlier date to assess and repair the failed air conditioning. The current mileage is 47K on my Jeep Grande Cherokee. There should be NO reason that this component should fail. There has been no follow up with this issue from your dealership. I am very concerned about my vehicles air conditioning and very uncomfortable driving my vehicle without A/C in the mid-summers heat. More
