BEWARE! You are being overcharged! Without going into complete detail, I recently brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Premier Cape Cod for a camshaft replacement. Repair facilities a Without going into complete detail, I recently brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Premier Cape Cod for a camshaft replacement. Repair facilities across the country, including dealerships, use what are called Labor Guides to determine how many hours repair jobs should take. They are objective and usually fairly accurate. The camshaft replacement in my Jeep is listed in most guides as a procedure that should take between 14.5 and 19.5 hours. The service agent at Premier called to inform me that my extended warranty that I purchased from a third party would pay $3700.00 based on 19.6 hours, but because the job was going to take Premier 32 hours, I would have to pay $2300.00 out of pocket! 32 HOURS??!!!! A 13 hour difference between industry standards and Premier's labor figure?! I spoke to the service manager who told me that "Premier uses their own Labor Guide not the one everyone else uses" which would explain this scam. They subsequently reduced the extra labor to 6 hours or $1400 out of my pocket but the fact is, anyone who brings their vehicle to Premier Cape Cod is paying for repairs based on Premier's own inflated labor rates, not what the rest of the automotive world charges. If you've been happy with what you've paid for repairs at Premier, maybe you should go back and see how many hours you were charged for the work and compare the total with what the National Labor Guide specifies. You may not be so happy anymore. More

They did not treat me with respect or and honest answer with my radio not working - it’s only 3 yrs old. Instead they just said you need a new radio - no technician came out to tell me what they checked. Just the service rep. - it’s too expensive and now the customer service is not good or appreciated. However, can’t do it, when I just spent nearly $800 on service, yet they don’t even wash your car afterwards. Sorry Premier, that’s not premier service. When you charge top dollar, as you do, for very nice service, finish the visit like top notch dealers do. So, Soory, I only rate you three stars, as a very average facility would get. More
Expedited emergency service-GREAT! After a week's visit to Nantucket, we returned to our Jeep GranCherokee in the parking lot in Hyannis and found one of the tires very flat. On a late Saturday afternoon, we slowly attempted to drive to a gas station on our car's navigation system only to find that the station went out of business a number of months earlier. En route to the next station, we passed Premier Cape Cod Car Dealership and Service. How lucky we were. Austin Blake and the staff there were able to replace the tire which was a goner and get us on our way back to NYC. The repair was done expeditiously and in addition they performed a recall service item that was worked in without any delay. All in all, it was an excellent experience late on a Saturday afternoon in late summer, when one would expect the response to be "stop back on Monday". Well we were quickly on our way and were back in NYC around 9PM that night. Many thanks to Austin and the staff at Premier for a great experience!! More
