I paid you all $150 to diagnose my car and give me a list of crap totaling over $1,600 that wouldn’t have even addressed or fixed the problem that I brought the car in for. When I asked the service provider, Ronnie Williams about the items on this list that didn’t address the issue, he told me that this was only the “initial” problems. So you would have had me pay $1,600 to fix a bunch of unnecessary crap only to try and drive my car out of the car lot and have it blow out on me again? You’re out of your xxxx mind. I was weary about bringing my car in to the dealership in the first place because I know I have to donate an organ to pay for your services but the fact that you all tried to swindle me with unnecessary xxxx that had nothing to do with the serious problem my car was having, is completely unacceptable. You wonder why people do not trust dealerships, this is a prime example. DO BETTER HYUNDAI! More
