I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership before. I have used Hyundai dealerships in the past when I lived in Columbus, Ohio and Greenville, NC where I have had great experiences. Here there is so much lack of professionalism and customer service.. I dropped off my car for repair and they told me it would be around 2 weeks for my car to be fixed. No updates, no communication, nothing unless we called. We would call the day the car was supposed to be ready and then we would be told that it wasnt ready and it would be another week or 2. No call to tell us not to go. It took a month and a half for the car to get repaired. I had also bought the extended warranty and was told that they couldn't find it. I brought it to them, as soon as they saw it, they said they didn't need it and could just call to get the information from fidelity. Then when we called for updates the week after, they said they hadn't started working on the other 2 things wrong with the car because I hadn't brought the insurance information! As a physician working during a pandemic, I don't have time to call and continue making multiple trips to get my car fixed. To top it all off, when I received the car, it was damaged. We gave again gone 3 times trying to get this settled however, we always get the run around and are told we will hear back from the manager. Its been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back. I love my car, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have recieved at this dealership. More

Had a steering problem so I easily made an appointment online to have it fixed. Service manager knew right away what was wrong and told me there would be no charge per Hyundai. First of all, I would like to say that this is a follow up review. I brought my car in to get serviced (needed an oil change, the back lights were not working properly and the wheel stud was broken and nee up review. I brought my car in to get serviced (needed an oil change, the back lights were not working properly and the wheel stud was broken and needed to be repaired. I also needed a brake job). In the original review, I talked about how the person in charge of the service, Cornelius, was great. I mentioned how he worked to lower the cost of the repairs. I also mentioned how I was not happy with the work on the brakes and how I had to bring the car back because the brakes were scraping. It turns out that a part of the brake was cracked and had nothing to do with the quality of mechanic's work. In addition, the mechanic tested my engine (they used my car as a "guinea pig")a nd found that I needed a new engine. So I am now getting a new engine, courtesy of Hyundai. That is what I call service. I am happy with their service and would recommend Ray Brandt Hyundai Service Department to anyone. More
