It was bumpy, but came to a positive results. We had some safety issues with the vehicle and when we reached out to the salesperson and dealership, there were no returned calls. We brought the vehicle back, and thought the service department resolved the issue. They created another issue and the vehicle had to be towed back to them. The sales manager, Chris Johnson, stepped in to resolve. We initially were going to return the vehicle, but could not find anything else we liked better. Chris communicated with the service department and the issue was a simple fix. Chris made sure it was repaired correctly, it was safe, and tested the vehicle himself. We have kept the vehicle and there have been no problems. The first week of this vehicle has not been easy, but maybe it will make us appreciate this vehicle even more. More
