Horrible service Brought my vehicle in for service for the first time it had great service no problem at all. It wasn’t til the second visit when problems started. The tech didn’t put my car back together the way I brought it in. That’s also when I notice an oil leak so I called and was told to bring it back. I was told that they think it’s the gasket around around the plug. Brought it there two to four more times and was also was told the same things. Finally I was told that I had a hair line crack around the plug. So I asked how could that have happened and I was told from stress and the leak probably was there before they done anything. If that was the case why wasn’t I told that I had a leak. I was gave some bs excuse. Then I was quoted like five hundred something bucks for it. I just didn’t understand so asked for a manager. The manager wasn’t in so I had to schedule a time for him to look into. When the manager finally looked at it he said it was from over tightening the plug. I won’t be returning for services. I will be going to another Hyundai dealership even though Ray Brandt is a more convenient location More
