Ray Brandt Hyundai Service rep Mic kept my car for 11 days, said car being checked for burning engine oil, later lied that oil pan broke, Wanted $1200 to repair, rental car for 11 days for nothing lied days, said car being checked for burning engine oil, later lied that oil pan broke, Wanted $1200 to repair, rental car for 11 days for nothing lied that dealer would assist with rental car.. When I called to check on my vehicle Mic said he couldn’t find it in the system. Another auto repair said oil pan not busted no oil leakage. Cost for rental car on me $500 since they kept my car and lied about what’s wrong since they wouldn’t do oil emissions testing for defective engine. Now I’m driving 2017 Sonata with defective engine, dealer service department are scam artists . I’m calling BBB, an attorney and they should have reimbursed me as Mic said for part of the rental as he said. His actions were foul as the day is long!!!! More

We needed a bit more room for our growing family & since we already own a Sonata L, we know Hyundai is a very reliable brand. So we scheduled a test drive in the Santa GLS and my wife loved the car, so shor we already own a Sonata L, we know Hyundai is a very reliable brand. So we scheduled a test drive in the Santa GLS and my wife loved the car, so shortly after that we were closing the deal.
