There was Grease all over inside running board from a shoe (on cream-colored interior) and on the cream-colored carpet. I tried to scrub it off but left a dark discoloration. On 08/27/2021 I had a HORRIBLE!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! Experience @ Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia!!!!!!!! The manager on duty was very unprofessional!!. First and foremost. I had no plans to purchas Experience @ Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia!!!!!!!! The manager on duty was very unprofessional!!. First and foremost. I had no plans to purchase a vehicle. I went to the service department to get my wheel locks removed and have them replaced with lug nuts or bolts or whatever there called. I originally was waiting outside because the sales person from the service department said allow me 10 min. While waiting OUTSIDE......MINDING MY BUSINESS! I looked in the window at a SUV....well since it was getting kind of hot outside I said to myself "let me go inside & just look at this SUV....I was just poking around while waiting for my vehicle. In comes a sales lady.......she says "hello, are you the owner of the silver Altima.....I said yes." I figured she was going to say your car is ready.....no she didn't say that. She said "the manager says you need to upgrade y our vehicle and we will do whatever needs to be done to get you in your new car and you don't need any money today." I said "the vehicle of my choice, exactly what are we talking about?" She says "just know management has gotten involved and we got you." I'm thinking WOW!!!!! This is an offer of an life time. I'm also thinking my HIGHER POWER has stepped in and was ready to SHOW OUT! I said I really like this Murano Platnum....it was the one I saw from the window on the showroom floor. "She says the Murano is expensive." So at this point she was beginning to say to me are you sure you can afford this or you can't afford this is what I gathered from her statement. Ok, lady remember you approached me with the deal of a life time from your dam manager. She proceeded to tell me "don't go no where....we got you." At this point I'm still in awe....still in disbelief. So I filled out their dumb credit app....remember I only was at the location to get wheel locks removed. I'm a very busy person....so I know the finance department takes awhile to do what they do best. So, I'm waiting & waiting & waiting the sales lady says the finance department is on the line w/the bank now. I'm thinking ok....cool. The sales lady began to tell me what vehicle they wanted to put me in. I said "wait you made me an offer & said you were going to do what it takes...to get the deal done....then help me out." "You all want to put me in a vehicle you want to put me in not the vehicle I want." I said "I don't want another car....I want an SUV." She says "you have to put so much money down for the Murano Platinum." I said "it doesn't have to be the top of the line Murano." She continued to keep talking about a lesser vehicle....she says "would you take a Rouge?" I said "yes the Rouge is nice too." Remember, lady you approached me and said "Nissan was going to do whatever it takes, you all got me." She said "I can take care of the balance on your car." Cool. Then she started talking co-signer....I said "look BYE....I'm not doing that....I don't need that." She began giving me the "stink face" look behind that mask she had on....her eyes were piercing at my so hard. She was pissed but was smart enough not to open her mouth and say anything else to me. At this point I'm "hot mad" because not only was I inconvenienced/my time wasted Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia did not deliver on the deal they presented to me the customer who was only there to get wheel locks removed and was not thinking about trying to get no DAM CAR! YOU ALL APPROACHED ME!!!. I know have a credit inquiry on my credit report which I don't like because they stay on your report for 2yrs. I just wanted to get out of the hot Georgia heat that's why I went into the showroom in the first place. I was so mad after leaving and being inconvenienced/having my time wasted I decided to call back and speak with the manager on duty just to express how Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia didn't deliver on the deal that was presented to me. After calling back 3x or 4x I finally spoke w/the unprofessional manager. I gave him the story and he said there was nothing that could be done about the credit inquiry.....ok I knew that. Then he said the sales lady that was working with me "presented me with an incorrect deal"....I said "ok, is that my fault your team doesn't know how to present an offer?" "So what are you going to do to compensate for your sales rep giving me "incorrect deal" and the inconvenience/the wasting of my time.? The unprofessional manager on duty "nothing." Now out of all the services the dealership has... you mean to tell me as a manager there was nothing he could have offered? REALLY!! At this point I want to know what kind of xxxx POOR training Nissan gives their employees. You never ever tell a customer you can't do "nothing" & you never ever tell them what you CAN'T do....that is sales 101 & the unprofessional manager should have known this. I pay $40-$50 to get my Altima washed and cleaned up real good (I like to keep it really nice). The sales lady said they were making what was a bogus offer to me because I was a "loyal customer." REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So since I'm a "loyal customer" the unprofessional manager couldn't offer a free car wash or detail.....or say your next oil change is on Sutherlin....REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow! At this point I was in such disbelief at the incompetence and unprofessionalism I experienced at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia not because I didn't get the SUV but because the unprofessional manager on duty AJ and Jinetta Brown showed me. The manager on duty said he could do "nothing." It doesn't take a neuro surgeon to figure out that a car wash/detail or 1 oil change is a lot cheaper than that Murano or Rouge. I could understand if I flipped out on the sales lady because she began to down play me & assumed I was broke.......but I didn't I just left. She was pissed because she thought she was dealing with a broke dummy or a sucker/she didn't get a commission off me. I walked out because she wasted my dam time with that bogus deal her manager told her to present to me and she assumed I didn't have any money. Word of advise Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia from someone who is in sales/customer service for over 10 yrs. You don't know who you are approaching when customers are poking around in the showroom ....like I was. Train your managers and sales rep's on using the correct language when presenting offer......train them on how to present and position an offer properly. The sales lady should've did just a little probing with me to figure out if my time/her time/the finance departments time was going to be wasted...but because Nissan apparently doesn't do a good job on training their sales team the sales lady and the unprofessional manager missed out on a "CASH" deal. I say "CASH" because I was more than prepared to whip out my card to cover my situation & add tint to the windows (the one I looked at didn't have tint on the window.....some did but the one I looked at didn't)....but because the sales lady on two different occasion questioned my ability to pay for the SUV by stating "the Murano is too expensive" and "you would have to put so much money down." Remember you and your unprofessional manager approached me with your bogus deal. The sales lady assumed I was "broke as a joke." At that point I felt a sense of discrimination. Understand, I wasn't in a desperate situation....I don't need a new car per se. Some people that walk into dealerships come in w/busted credit & their desperate, some are in the middle....meaning their ok where they are ...don't need a new vehicle but if the deal is sweet enough they would take it....no problem......that was little ole me who came just to get wheel locks removed. The only difference ....well the only big difference is I had cash. Oh, then the unprofessional manager on duty said he couldn't do "nothing" for the wasting of my time/inconvenience.....that more than anything lit my fire. Yes, I did give the manager on duty unprofessional self some choice words guess that's why you hung the phone up in my ear. He is a sad excuse for a manager. Now, I bet if this was Infiniti, Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW off the bat.......me just pulling into the service department for whatever.......I would have at least been offered to get a basic car wash. I hope no one ever goes through what I went through at any dealership. Such a HORRIBLE!!!!!!! HORRIBLE !!!! Experience. Remember everyone walking into the dealership is not desperate or financially broke down. The poorly trained sales lady who discriminated against me by assuming I had no "cash".......it was her language that cost her a commission from me. I'm sure she made commission on another customer(s) that day but what if she didn't and I would've been her one and only sales commission. Wow!!!!
