The service department is just as awesome as their sales and financing departments. I made my appointment one (1) week prior and received continuous updates. I was ill the morning of (non-COVID related) and they allowed me to revised my time to later that morning. Additionally, I had some questions regarding my cell phone connecting to my car. The check-in representative reviewed information as it relates to my iPhone's pairing. The waiting area was so nice and quiet, I was able to complete my homework (pursuing MBA). The restrooms were clean and very well maintained. However, it could use an remodeled. It doesn't appear as though the restroom age is that of the car dealership's. I'd initially purchased my car with my 14-year old in mind for when he's a sophomore in college. Since then, I've decided to purchase a Nissan for him at that time. I'd want to have a warranty on it for him, especially if he goes away to school. Sutherlin Nissan is where I intend on purchasing his car. I love my Nissan and so far, I'm loving Sutherlin Nissan.
