I've had all routine maintenance on my 2015 Altima performed at this dealership. When I came in for my last oil change, somehow the service technician put me down for an oil change with 5w-20 oil, eve performed at this dealership. When I came in for my last oil change, somehow the service technician put me down for an oil change with 5w-20 oil, even though that for the life of the vehicle, I have used the "preferred" 0w-20 oil. I understand that she may have been trying to save me money, but she could see from my history that I have used 0w-20 without exception for the last 3 years. Again, I understand "defaulting" to the cheapest option, but I was very surprised that the oil type was changed without asking or mentioning it to me. A simple confirmation or a question would have cleared this up ahead of time. More
