Don’t go to this dealership! They tried a bate and switch with my husband and daughter and talked him into putting a 1500 dollar deposit to hold a car while he talked to me. We told them the same day we didn’t want it because they lied on their ad about the features and to release the hold on the deposit. They ran the deposit through out bank and then told my husband he would have to come back during the week to get the deposit back. He took off work Tuesday and went to have them scan his card. The finance manager scanned his card and said everyone was at lunch and they would email him the confirmation. It is now Thursday and we still have no confirmation and our money has still not been refunded. The finance manager won’t return his calls. We may have no other option but call and attorney and the BBB. Stay away from this place!!! More

Cass walked out to greet us as soon as we pulled into the lot. We had an appointment with Jasmine, but Cass explained that he could assist us. We told him the vehicle that we were interested in, and he broug lot. We had an appointment with Jasmine, but Cass explained that he could assist us. We told him the vehicle that we were interested in, and he brought out a few keys for us to compare the models. He stood back and let us look through and make our final choice. We liked being able to take the test drive by ourselves. It felt more authentic and not rushed or pressured. After we returned, Cass asked our permission to continue the application process. Cass provided top notch service through the entire experience. He spent a good 15-20 minutes with us covering features so that we were comfortable driving off the lot. Mr. Kim in Finance was just ok. He rushed through that process and we had to ask a lot of questions to get to a deal that would work for us. We actually had to step out of the office to discuss our options in private. He should’ve done that. He seemed most interested in selling us warranties that we did not need. He sped through the Truth in Lending statement. It’s fortunate that we were not from a regulatory agency checking in on how this is explained to customers, because he would’ve failed. He literally said “Click here, Click there, Click sign, click next” through the whole application. Cass did such a great job, it would’ve been awful if he lost the sale because of the lackluster finance rep. We highly recommend Sutherlin Nissan to friends and family. However, the finance dept needs just as much (or maybe more) customer service training as the sales team. More
