There was a $1,600 fee added to the bottom line that was not disclosed or discussed prior to making the deal - a 'dealership fee' - that we were told was added to "every" used car they sell. We expected sales tax, etc., but even with a $3,000 trade in, we ended up paying more than what the listed price was on the car (i.e., the actual cost was over $3,000 more than what was listed). The salesman was shocked when he saw our bottom line figure and accidentally blurted out that that was unusually low, because he hadn't factored in our trade in. We were promised a 6 month warranty, but not given any written record of it, and no one has responded to our requests for documentation. We got just 3 or 4 miles down the road, not even home yet, and the oil change light came on. Turns out it needed oil, oil filter and coolant, for another $200 the same day. The salesmen laughed at straight-forward questions - Last time I purchased a car (new, at a large dealership), I was given a discount for paying in cash: he laughed and literally said that my cash was nothing compared to the $10,000 per month they spend on just keeping the lights on and I could maybe take it to some mom and pop car dealer and it would mean something. Last time I purchased a car, I was given a discount for it being a stick rather than automatic: he laughed and said that this car would be useless as an automatic and nobody would want it. I strongly believe he would not have laughed or been so flippant had I been male. I was given one pink document copy that showed the final cost but didn't even indicate that anything had been paid, and a 1/2 sheet of paper that went with the license sticker showing that the car was waiting for its new license. That's all. I received nothing about the supposed 6 month warranty, and nothing showing that any payment had been made - after I had signed about a dozen documents. When I asked about the paperwork, I was yet again laughed at and told that that's all you get with a used car and I could have him hand-write 'paid' on my pink copy if I wanted. A VERY uncomfortable buying experience, in total. More

Overall experience was good. We were there for awhile to purchase vehicle. I felt like we should have been given bottle water or something while waiting. Only offered water from the water cooler. I've never understood what takes so long to purchase a vehicle. After you have completed the app and they have checked your credit we still had another 2-3 hours before we left. I know this isn't a luxury dealership but I just expected a little faster service and simple courtesy water or snacks when you wait so long. The price of the vehicle was fair. Mr. Kim in finance was easy to work with and he moved fast...once we got to him. It was raining really heavy that day so they didn't detail the car that well. Even the inside was just ok. I had to really clean it myself. More
