The CPO vehicle we bought came with tires that were not only mismatched, but had also been plugged and were not holding air. We were also initially told that the vehicle had 2 keys by one of the 3 sales only mismatched, but had also been plugged and were not holding air. We were also initially told that the vehicle had 2 keys by one of the 3 sales people we dealt with. We spoke with 2 different people over the phone and when we arrived to purchase we were told by the new person we were dealing with that they only had 1 key and would contact the former owner to get the other key. So between tires and a replacement key, we are putting in about another $1000 on top of what we already paid. Overall a frustrating experience, but glad we got the vehicle we were looking for. More
