I have been searching endlessly for a platinum armada in a specific price range for a while so when I found one posted on their Facebook I immediately knew that I’d be willing to make the 4 hour drive to pu a specific price range for a while so when I found one posted on their Facebook I immediately knew that I’d be willing to make the 4 hour drive to purchase it. Before heading down I asked more than once if it had the full diagnostics testing and requested a print out of things that may need to be done if any. I was told multiple times that all testing had been done. Fast forward to arriving at the dealership they didn’t have a print out which they had plenty of time to acquire but also if they had truly done the testing I believe it would have been a selling point to show that it doesn’t need any type of work. We once again questioned multiple times and asked if specific things were checked including transmission and catalytic converter because armadas are known to have problems with them. The sales manager assured us that it was all done and that we were getting a good deal because they weren’t even charging me the 69.95 service fee from the service they just did on it (funny that I found out that they did not even do the service but that the previous owner had brought it in on the 16th to have it serviced) he then told us that service closed early (they did not- lie #2) so they could not get a print out of the testing. As I was sitting at the dealership I was torn on purchasing a different vehicle somewhere else that had less miles and would have saved quite a bit of money but decided that purchasing from an actual Nissan dealership gave me security knowing I was getting a safe vehicle for my family that did not need any work. I had a cranky tired 6 month old baby so I decided to go against my better judgement and go ahead and buy this one. I was told that I needed to fill out a credit application even though I was an all cash buyer so I reluctantly filled out basic info nothing more and said that I did not need my credit ran then was told that my social security number was required?? Then came finishing all of the paperwork and the finance guy was cussing left and right so very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I am now having to take my vehicle into a local dealership to have it checked top to bottom and hopefully there isn’t anything wrong with it because I chose to take their word for something. I will say that after pushing the issue they did send over an email with what looks like a made up safety check that they do with routine maintenance from the last time the previous owner had the vehicle serviced but still no diagnostics that we were told they ran. I hate buying cars from shady dishonest people just trying to push a sale so would not recommend going here. More

The sales rep tried adding an additional $4000 on top of the price that was advertised on their website. They also wouldn't come down on the price until I had told them I would go somewhere else if they cou the price that was advertised on their website. BUYERS BEWARE! Extremely shady dealership. Advertised prices are FALSE. Went into dealership to purchase $38000 vehicle. Salesman said price was over $46000 after fees. That's $8000 over advertised price prices are FALSE. Went into dealership to purchase $38000 vehicle. Salesman said price was over $46000 after fees. That's $8000 over advertised price!!! Then they offered to make the interest rate lower to make up for the fees. Ultimately I called them on their BS and left. BUYERS BEWARE!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! More
I bought a used Altima and was not pleased due to multiple issues that weren’t listed and were known before my purchase after talking with Billy that affected the functionality and safety of the vehi multiple issues that weren’t listed and were known before my purchase after talking with Billy that affected the functionality and safety of the vehicle that were listed as functional (sunroof not working and exposed wiring that was still hot). Billy at first offered to fix the issues and then returned the keys without anything being fixed. Then when I went to trade after he offered to take the car back, I was subject to doc fees and other fees that I had just paid on the purchase for the Altima 2 days prior for which the sale was still not final until my arrival yesterday, that could have easily been waived in good faith due to Billy knowing about the issues with the wiring beforehand and not addressing the fraudulent listing of the sunroof when it was brought up. The wiring issues were deep enough that the mechanic Billy referred us to (Danny I believe, Billy referred to him as his top mechanic) wouldn’t touch the car after realizing that the extra wiring was connected to the radio, and the car’s ability to start, saying that a stereo guy would have to look at it. When trying to trade this back and move to another car, I was told in detail about the inspection that all cars go through, even though the Altima that we had purchased had napkins, straws, and ketchup packets from the previous owner or whoever had been driving this car from Sutherlin. Outside of Danny, and seemingly Diego (our second salesman), it was very difficult to get a straight answer out of anyone. When trying to find another car, an inspection fee was thrown in on the new car’s offer, for which I was given two different explanations on what the fee was for. At first I was told that this was for cars under a certain mileage, but later was told that this was applied to every car in Sutherlin’s inventory, even though it wasn’t listed in the initial purchase of the Altima. Hard to imagine that someone could be charged $1650 for an inspection on a car with napkins, straws, and ketchup packets in it More
