This place is nice and modern and easy to access. Very friendly staff and it was nice to see a familiar face from a purchase in 2010. The process was pretty smooth. However, we had several requests about the vehicle we purchased. We asked that the inside be cleaned very well and some scuffs to be fixed on the exterior. I purchased a car in January and asked for my second key. Julian said that he would mail it to me. After a month he never sent it or asked how everything was going after the sale. To make a long story short me asking for my key became an act of bullying and disrespect. I was treated like it was my fault because my second key was missing. I asked for a manager because Julian was so nice nasty I didn’t want to deal with it. AJ. was the next one who told me to come to the dealership and they will handle it. I called and said I would be there in 10 minutes. I was there and called him and he rudely said it was not 10 minutes. It was 12 minutes and told me that I could not get any service. Well after waiting over a month I was confused why I had to be inconvenienced to get a loaner for a key. Then I had the pleasure of being yelled at by the service manager Kurt. He started talking to me in front of his employees like I was a child telling me he’s not going to help me. When I responded then who is in charge then he loudly told me to go to an office. Yelled at me to have a seat which I refused and then he yelled fine stand up. Kurt began the conversation with you will not embarrass me in front of his employees. Mind you he was the one that started the conversation in front of them yelling at me. He wanted to belittle me like it was my fault about the key and I wasn’t going to allow him to do so and that angered him even more. He was holding my key saying lady do you want your key or not because he wanted me to say i was wrong about my key and of the time. They closed at 5 pm. I asked Kurt why was he yelling at me. I was thinking why you are yelling they could be getting my key. Well after 5 minutes of him and AJ secretly talking they decided to have a person write up the order. The was polite young man who was probably extra professional because he witnessed the treatment that was given to me by his boss. Kurt walked up again and said you can ho have a seat mam and I said I’m giving the young man some information. He said well when you are done go have a seat. At that point I decided to call Nissan corporation to register a complaint. Well my key was given to me with 4:54 pm. It was cut in less than 10 minutes a job Julian first shared would take 2 hours. AJ saying at least 45 minutes. At the end I had to sit in my car before driving off because I couldn’t believe the bullying, yelling, blaming, disrespectful treatment over getting my key that I waited over a month to get and was never called to say anything about it. How was this my fault to be treated so bad? Now I’m stuck to having to get my car serviced at this dealership. Thank goodness that young man I forgot his name showed me that everyone there are not like his boss or the others I encountered. You are treated nice when making a purchase but after not so nice. More
