I bought a car, gave two days to have it prepared and when I arrived the pick it up it had not been detailed at all. No washing, no cleaning of the inside, there was still remains of Styrofoam on the win when I arrived the pick it up it had not been detailed at all. No washing, no cleaning of the inside, there was still remains of Styrofoam on the windshield, and it was supposed to be de-oratorized from a smoke smell, which is doesn't seem it was. while my salesman is a nice man, it was very obvious the car had never been touched on the inside with a goo in the center console still there from my test drive, along with dust and dirt on all parts of the interior. Overall I am very disappointed in my experience. When buying a car at the very least it should be cleaned before you take it home and when I mentioned it to 3 different people they would put the blame to someone else. I am not likely to recommend this place to anyone. I feel like after the dealership got their money they were relieved of any kindness they had to pretend to have. The finance person also came off as very rude. I had my own financing and still waited for almost two hours for some reason because I HAD to meet with a finance person for some reason. He was overall unpleasant to speak with and very much gave the atmosphere of not wanting to deal with us. overall negative experience. I want to say again that the salesman was very kind, and easy to work with. My complaint is 99% with the finance department and the detail or lack of detail of the car. More
