I had nothing but problems with Sutherlin. It started with signing paperwork that had the wrong VIN # on it. I had to return to the dealership 3 days after purchasing to sign the new paperwork with the c with signing paperwork that had the wrong VIN # on it. I had to return to the dealership 3 days after purchasing to sign the new paperwork with the correct VIN #. 3 days later I found my 2020 CPO vehicle leaking oil and found out it was the rear main seal that had to be replaced and in their shop for 5 days to repair. I thought a CPO meant they did a 167 point inspection???? This issue made me feel my purchase was a mistake. When I purchased the Pathfinder I asked them to replace the 4WD decal on the back of the truck that had the "W" letter missing. I have asked Billy and AJ 5 times to get this done. As of today 12/30/20, I still don't know if they have sent it to me. This dealership has no follow-up or guidance from management. I have spoken with Billy M. and AJ about these issues and don't feel confident that a simple thing like the letters will be done. I have had to make ALL THE FOLLOWUP CALLS to find out about the repairs and the letters. I would not buy a car in the future from Sutherlin. More
