Not Totally Satisfied Our Salesman Bill was great! We went into the dealership prepared, we knew which vehicle wanted, expressed an interest in the vehicle in advance, and Our Salesman Bill was great! We spent 24K on our vehicle and the dealership refused to get us a second key. I felt that our salesman should have asked his manager about a key, or request that the manager speak with us. We were told by our Salesman that vehicles are sold with whatever number of keys that the previous owners supply. We have purchased many certifed Preowned Vehicles and this has never happened. I would say to anyone that decides to purchase a vehicle with this dealership to ask as many questions as you can. More
