Excellent product knowledge. Friendly and transparent. A+ I called to speak with another internet sales manager (I forgot her name, sorry!), but was directed to Haddy. He was very friendly, answered all of my initial questions, and encouraged me to come in to speak with a sales manager about one of the deals that I've inquired about online. The entire sales team did not hesitate to assist me once I finally arrived to this dealership to find my new vehicle purchase. In fact, I was met right outside by Julian once I parked! Conveniently, the vehicle that I intended to inquire about was right in the showroom. Haddy came out of his office while my sales manager Julian stepped away to get some paperwork, and pointed out all of the features of the vehicle that I may have not been aware of, and also gave me a detailed overview about how some of the safety features work. This type of service I found to be very rare, as oftentimes at other dealerships, you rarely ever get to meet the person who got you in the door. So I was very impressed to see that I was able to put a face with a name, get real answers to my questions, and not feel intimidated or pressured. With the help of Curt in finance, I walk away with my brand new vehicle with an amazing deal (THANKS, CURT!). After my purchase, Haddy was there to congratulate me and even offered to take a photo with my sales manager Julian in front of my new ride! These guys at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia treated me like family from start to finish - but honestly, if it weren't for the Internet sales team, I probably would have ended up at another Nissan dealership, paying too much money, and feeling less valued. So please, give your Internet sales team more credit because they work really hard and they are awesome!! I will recommend and prefer this dealership in all of Georgia. P.S. PLEASE GIVE HADDY, JULIAN, CURT, AND THE OTHER LADY IN INTERNET SALES THAT I'VE WORKED WITH A RAISE, THEY DESERVE IT!!! :) Thanks Haddy and team! More

Billy Mreir is a man of his word I purchased a preowned car, and the air intake fell the day I took it home; within the next couple of days of driving it around, I noticed several loo I purchased a preowned car, and the air intake fell the day I took it home; within the next couple of days of driving it around, I noticed several loose chassis components - and a misaligned bumper. I complained, and Billy offered me a loaner car while they made the necessary repairs; when I returned the next day, I found that they had torqued new fasteners on all the loose chassis components, and realigned the bumper; they couldn't find a part they needed, so Billy had them to modify the existing part to give it a customized look. That's service, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. More

I felt like I was scammed. I went to Nissan to get a specific job done. I had my car checked out for about 45 minutes to an hour and shortly after I received a paper with a quot I went to Nissan to get a specific job done. I had my car checked out for about 45 minutes to an hour and shortly after I received a paper with a quote of $1700 for my car to get fixed. I also was charged $109 for Nissan to look at my car. I purchased the car three days before bringing it to Nissan and I had purchased all of the warrantees. After this visit I took it down the street to Express Oil and they fixed my car and solved my problem for about $450. More
