Service for Oil Change and Recall x2 This was the second time I had taken my 2019 Murano in for oil change and a simple recall on the back camera, everything seemed to go fine this time, This was the second time I had taken my 2019 Murano in for oil change and a simple recall on the back camera, everything seemed to go fine this time, but the following day I got in my car and the washer fluid light came on. The first time, was even worse, the inside of my back seat was is a light tan and there were grease spots all over it from where they were trying to replace the center console. There was also dirt and grease on the center console in the front as well as on the hood. I had went to pick it up the first time when this was noticed, so they offered to clean it but I had to leave it and come back after work and pick it up. Then when I did go pick it up I got two miles down the road and the washer fluid light came on. As I explained to the Service Manager....if you didn't refill the fluid, how am I suppose to believe you did anything. The service here use to be better. I am so disappointed with there service here. They didn't pass up on offering to change the break fluid, which my car is not even a year old, I was told by another mechanic it shouldn't have to be changed in the first year, or replacing filters, but they can't even do a simple thing like filling washer fluid....twice. :( More

Mr. Stewart did a great job taking care of me even though my service advisor Sherri was late. I highly recommend that service department has meeting about helping each other. Good service Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia took care of my oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, and engine filter change. They are higher price, but Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia took care of my oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, and engine filter change.
