Sherry Hosch is rude I usually receive great service but Sherry was awful. She was too busy eavesdropping on another service consultant to listen to what I wanted. My car I usually receive great service but Sherry was awful. She was too busy eavesdropping on another service consultant to listen to what I wanted. My car needed more service but she "assumed" I didn't want it since I didn't want some other services discussed when I first dropped the car. She didn't ask me if I wanted the extra service and was going to send me out without getting it done. Then expected me to come back another time to get it done. More
