No Route 66, I got my Kicks at Sutherland Nissan Buford! I made an appt to test drive a car here where I already had 2 others scheduled w/ competing brands/dealerships in consideration of purchasing in the n I made an appt to test drive a car here where I already had 2 others scheduled w/ competing brands/dealerships in consideration of purchasing in the near future. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Nesrin who was warm, friendly and generous in spirit. We struck up the most wonderful conversation as I presented her w/my "research" and pointed out the vehicle that I had in mind. She was well-versed AND appreciated the fact that I had informed myself, as well. We took the car out for a spin and along the way she encouraged a highway run as she understood that I travel quite a distance for work and used them daily (listening skills - impressive)! Our conversation was easy so we got to know a bit about one another along the tour. I was more thoroughly impressed w/the vehicle's comfort, drive and mpg (it's one of the main reasons I wanted to test drive it) than expected so I decided to go for it. With Finance Mgr, Andrey's comprehensive understanding of finances, while bearing in mind my objectives, he was able to get to get me a good interest rate and monthly payment w/zero down payment. He was extremely transparent which was both refreshing and appreciated. I have a 15-year old, paid off car whose transmission finally gave up and grown children now so and as a new empty nester this car is the 1st thing I've done for myself. Both Nesrin and Andrey made me feel like I was dealing w/known friends - in fact through extended conversation Nesrin and I realized we had a common acquaintance, among other personal life similarities, which made the exchanges feel more familiar and the process more seamless. I couldn't have had a better experience w/them both so grabbed cards to share as I would highly recommend them and look forward to my first 5,000 mile check in. P.S. I received dealership calls for my other appts while there but sent them to vm. I'm very happy w/my new 2019 Nissan Kicks - it's perfect for me and my kids agree! Mom is finally cool, LOL! 😊 More

Runaround After finding the vehicle and told it had not sold and was still on the lot, my wife and I headed over to the dealership. When we arrived I was told t After finding the vehicle and told it had not sold and was still on the lot, my wife and I headed over to the dealership. When we arrived I was told that there was good news and bad news. The bad news was that the vehicle was not there and was out on loan to a customer. When I asked when was it to be back I got the runaround. I was told if I would work the deal under a contingency, it would be back Monday. My wife said give them a chance so I did. The next day the more I thought about it I was thinking they should call who ever borrow it and told them it was sold and they had to bring it back in. So I called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager in charge, but instead of giving me the manager i was given back to the same salesman. After arguing a minute I was finely given to the manager. He filled me in on the truth of the whole situation, the vehicle had not been loaned out but instead it had been taken to auction. I very much appreciate the manager on duty being honest with me and if I had been told this right off I would have never got so frustrated. I ended up buying the vehicle, but if it wasn't for the manager being honest with me I would have walked away from the deal. NOTE / Always be honest with your customers, and let them know the situation. Honesty will always prevail in the end. More
