At the finance office I was shocked, because the finance person Mr. Ryan Palagar was telling me that I can not put more than $5000 as down payment which I still not understand why? After all the paper was signed and I came home with my new car I have noticed that the APR for my loan is about 5.30% with a credit score of 777?Next day which was a Saturday I went and asked Mr. Ryan about the APR rate. I mean it should be much lower than this. He answered that is it, and he was not ready to help me to adjusted. I went to Mr. Quentin Jackson which was the store manager he said to me? He made some pictures from my document and said he will talk to the finance bank on Monday and try to adjust the Rate, and give me a call before noon. He did not call me.Monday afternoon I called his office, he was not there said the Lady on the phone to me ,I left a massage with my cell number and was expecting to be called, but until now nobody called me and I know that they don't .I am not happy at all, there are bunch of untrusted people working there. They were not honest to me, they used me maybe because of my nationalities or my accent. I will tell this everywhere to everyone. I know that you may not public my comment, but it is okay I am not expecting that you do it. More
Sales were fine, follow through is horrible I purchased a 2019 Rogue on Sept 1st, 2019. A few days later I realized that the front tow hook cover was missing from my car. I returned to the dea I purchased a 2019 Rogue on Sept 1st, 2019. A few days later I realized that the front tow hook cover was missing from my car. I returned to the dealership and one of their "certified mechanics" put the piece on (this was after several conversations with me refusing to pay for a part/labor they left off my car). I noticed the piece was not fitting properly and then it came loose while I was driving. Luckily it was attached by a cord and didn't go flying off or it could have caused a car accident. I went back to the dealership and after waiting an hour, the correct tow hook cover for my car was found. It had been ordered under my name yet no one bothered to tell me. Why knowingly put on the WRONG part and not bother to tell me? I questioned why I needed a special part and was told that it was different because my Rogue was manufactured in Korea and apparently there are several parts that are different on the Korean made vehicle. So for the life of my car, certain parts will have to be special ordered and I will have to ensure that it is known that my car is "special." The Korean parts are not stocked because the vast majority of the Rogues sold at this location are from Japan. I have emailed the GM, Mr. Montiero, SIX times asking for a list of what is different between the two types of Rogues. I just want to know prior to needing any additional parts replaced. He has IGNORED me completely. I contacted Nissan Corporation to try to get a response. They said all they can do is advise the dealership that it needs to respond. Still NOTHING. I texted my sales person, Lydale, and told him I had been trying to contact the GM. He said he would get with his manager, Larry, and get back to me. NOTHING. On top of that, I went to put on my new tag the other day and realized that the temp tag had been put on incorrectly. One phillips screw (the correct one) was used and one Flathead screw that was double the length of the phillips screw was used. This flathead screw was crooked and stuck. It took an hour to get the screw out. What type of dealership can't bother to use the correct screw for a tag? This was the third car I have purchased from this location. The sale was fine, but it is obvious that the dealership does not care about any issues once the sale is final. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again. More
