Excellent Service We were a little skeptical about continuing to get our car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan due to the fact that our go to person is no longer working the We were a little skeptical about continuing to get our car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan due to the fact that our go to person is no longer working there. We walked into the service department and waited for a bit before someone finally noticed us. Mr. Keen was with a customer and once he finished, he asked if we had been helped. We walked up to him and he took care of our needs. We had a flat tire and were in need of a new tire. He took the time to introduce himself and made us feel welcome. We dropped off our car and he stated he will keep us informed when vehicle was ready. He kept us informed of the process via txt and car was ready about an hour and a half after dropped off. We just want to thank Keen for such great service and staying on top of things. More

The guy that is charge of washing the cars needs to stay on top of his cleaning crew. It was awful. The first time it was completely overlooked and not done which was paid for. The second go around the inside seats were full of crumbles & dirt & the top of my car had an itch worth of dirt on it. I was told that it settled overnight. One of the gentlemen outside took it back a second time and again returned with crumbles and such still in the passenger's seat. I paid $30.00 for this deluxe wash and would not recommend anyone pay for it. I will just take mine to a full service car wash pay 30.00 for everything to be immaculate. very disappointed. I also had asked that my car be aligned the first time & the seat issue to be fixed. neither was completed the first time in. The second time remains to be seen. I will let you know. I also was shocked to find out that my warranty was not looked into for my free oil changes and had been paying for them since I bought the car. More
