I left feeling angry and violated I was highly disappointed at the amount of fees that were added on to the cost. It was clear to me that the 689 dollar consumer service fee was a rip- I was highly disappointed at the amount of fees that were added on to the cost. It was clear to me that the 689 dollar consumer service fee was a rip-off. Absolutely nothing was done to the car as far as cleaning it on the inside. and I was told that the charge was for paperwork! More

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment but was in my vehicle within 10 minutes to test drive. Weis Naderi was my sales person and he was awesome. He made the experience very quick for me. This was my first time buying a car I had a used one prior and I expected to be there for hours I was only there was 2.5 hours for the whole process. Weis made sure me, my daughter and my friend ate while they processed the paperwork. The lunch was great and was very shocked to have that incentive. Ryan Palagar was in finance who helped me...he did everything quick as well and worked to get me the best experience and incentives as much as possible. I am very satisfied! More

Juan dropped the ball Juan, the service guy called to let me know the work/cost of my seatbelt repair. That was great. Then, I never heard from him. Every other time I’ve come for service in the past 4 years, I get a call telling me my car was ready. I ran errands and was just hanging out in the area... waiting. Thinking, geez... it sure is taking a long time. Then I decided to check my emails since I’ve run out of things to do...I see an email stating my car was ready... from 2 hrs prior. Why in the world would the notification that my car was ready be an email. No call.. at all. So I go up there and Juan acts like he’s never seen me before. He’s helped me in the past. He’s even texted me before to let me know my car was ready when I didn’t answer the phone. So, needless to say, Juan dropped the ball and I was disappointed in the customer service he provided. More
