He listened to my issues with no interruptions and assured me he would have all addressed and let me know what they find. I came back and my brakes were fine but needed to replace 2 front tires like we thought plus oil change too. He actually made my service appt painless. Service for maintenance alert I went in because the maintenance light came on a car I bought a month before. The gal inside left me standing at the desk without a word as to how lo I went in because the maintenance light came on a car I bought a month before. The gal inside left me standing at the desk without a word as to how long I would be there. When she came back I asked if there was a place I could sit down. I waited for 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. To top it off the maintenance alert is still coming on. I didn't notice it until the next day. I'm not going to go back to have it fixed - I dont have time to sit there another 45 minutes. I was also disappointed that there wasn't any water or other refreshments available in the waiting room, which seems customary at other dealerships. More
Very bad experience with Nissan I have a vibration on the gas pedal for a year. I didn’t have that problem when I bought the car. My car is in warranty, but can’t be fixed.
