Only ok service I had a problem with my car the other day and this was the closest dealership to me. I made an appointment online and showed up to drop off my car onl I had a problem with my car the other day and this was the closest dealership to me. I made an appointment online and showed up to drop off my car only to find that the service team had already gone home for the day. I made the appointment thinking that someone was going to be able to look at my car at that time. Otherwise I would have just made it for the next morning and dropped off my car when it was convenient for me. Instead, my partner left work early to help me get home and then the team didn’t even look at my car until the am. It was worthless for him to have left early. Why have an appointment if my car isn’t going to get looked at until 10am the next day? I wish the communication had been a little bit better. The next day when the team looked at my car, the communication was good. The service rep was a little brusque/pushy on the phone but she told me everything I needed to know about the repair. When they called to say my car was done, I wanted to ask a few questions but she was a little short with me and didn’t seem that interested in helping me. I asked if they had driven my car again to see if the problem was better and got a short, stock reply of “yea it’s better but we can’t guarantee it’s fixed”. I want to know that my service team feels as though the problem is fixed and will stand behind their work not just that they patched an issue. When I came to get the car, my service rep wasn’t there and no one would explain the work that was done to the car. The car was operating better when I got it back but overall, I just felt as though the customer service aspect of this experience could have been improved More
Long waiting time i had made an appointment for a regular oil change. It ended up taking over two hour to complete. After two hours I had to go back to the service des i had made an appointment for a regular oil change. It ended up taking over two hour to complete. After two hours I had to go back to the service desk and ask what the problem was. He said they were running behind and they are starting to work on my oil change now. When I arrived they said it would be 45 - 60 mins, if I would of known it was going to be 2 1/2 hours I would of made other arrangements. More

I was informed my master switch was not working and was given a price to repair. I decided not to, however, it worked later. Also, my brakes made a loud sound the next day. I pressed the emergency brake and released it and now it seems to work fine. Thank you More

Air Conditioner Repair As usual, customer service was excellent, Will sent me an immediate text to keep me in the loop for my vehicle inspection and need. My only complaint was that the work took an extended amount of time. I was told tow hours for the work needed and was there for seven total. Will was apologetic and had the price reduced for my wait. Over all long day but everyone was polite and accommodating. More

Worst Expericene I have ever had with a auto dealership!!! Paid for a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle. I explained to Gary Smith the service adviser that I was 275 miles away and needed a total inspecti Paid for a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle. I explained to Gary Smith the service adviser that I was 275 miles away and needed a total inspection. This included a mechanical and cosmetic inspection. Gary called me and said the car looked good. Reported one mechanical issue and very minor hail damage on the roof. Gary promised to send the complete report. The report did not arrive as promised. I made the trip to Atlanta based on Gary's verbal information Upon visual inspection, I found the vehicle to be nothing like it was described to me. The report arrived from Gary the next day and was completely void of any details about the condition of the vehicle. The only information in the report was the VIN number of the car Called Gary Whiteman, the service manager who agreed I did not get what I paid for. Offered me return of my inspection fee. He said they would not offer any restitution for expenses I incurred traveling to Atlanta. I called the dealership and asked for Gary Sutherlin., the owner. I was told he would not accept my call, nor would he return a call. It is disappointing that you can’t depend on a Nissan to provide good customer service or at least stand behind their work, I would not recommend anyone using this dealership More
