Lack quality and professionalism Versa was there 7/30 for repairs for an insurance claim for rodent damage to blower. Svc advisor tried to sell me almost $1000 of maintenance service that We did not need. They Recommended tune up and had we already gotten tune up several months ago as well as brake job. Told Sherri we were only there for ins claim work. Got home and husband found rubber cover for alternator bolt which had been chewed in two by rodents (was why we were there in the first place) and was pointed out to 2 svc writers... was just electrical taped by a mechanic instead of being replaced. Very unprofessional!! Will was extremely helpful in getting someone to call us back after first service advisor left. More
