When purchasing our Nissan Altima last April he made us aware of the importance of adding Gap Insurance to our loan to protect us of the possibility of suffering a total loss of the vehicle due to an accident. Unfortunately less than a year later that unthinkable incident took place thanks to a hit and run driver while we were on vacation. We asked for Curt’s assistance while filing this claim. He assisted us in every step of this process. We encountered a technical issue during this time which delayed the processing of the claim. Curt then took upon himself to make sure our problem was handled.. With his assistance and effort our issue was take care of to our complete satisfaction. We could have not done it without his help.
