Customer service When we walked into the service center to get an oil change, we were not greeted by any of the 6 people that were at the desk talking to each other. We stood at the desk until they finished talking and after they began to get up and leave one of the men said may I help you. My husband and I were very taken back at the behavior of the staff in the service center. If this location was not so close to our home we would definitely change locations. More

Door Handle Repaird I had gone for an oil change about a week prior to this service, at which time I explained to Grace Ellington that I was having an issue with my drive I had gone for an oil change about a week prior to this service, at which time I explained to Grace Ellington that I was having an issue with my driver side door handle. As the car was being serviced, Grace explained to me the problem, and she informed me that she would order the necessary part and contact me just as soon as it was delivered to the shop. She was true to her word, and I went on a Saturday at noon to have the repair done. I was in and out in probably an hour or less. Everything went smoothly, as always. Jordan Hughes, the young lady at check-out, was, as always, very friendly and professional. She always remembers me by name, which is impressive to me. Jordan and Grace are great!
