By Far the Best Dealership Ive experiences I’ve gone to many dealerships such as AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Ga, Hayes and Akins. Each time I go to a dealership I say my price range, what I c I’ve gone to many dealerships such as AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Ga, Hayes and Akins. Each time I go to a dealership I say my price range, what I can afford and what I absolutely can not afford. At all three dealerships listed above, I am ALWAYS pressured to buy something I can not afford. I am also always pressured into getting something I do not want. I am a mother and a I plan on expanding my family, so I obviously need a larger vehicle to fit my kids and last me a while. At all three of the dealerships listed I was pressured to get a sedan which I did not want and I would not get. After being fed up with these dealerships i decided to go to Nissan and everything changed. The sales man I was with, I believe his name was Terry Brown or Terry Browning was fantastic. He told me I could basically get whatever I wanted and everything would work out. ( this was the first dealership of all 4 I went too that told me that) and after hearing that I was reassured that I would find what I wanted and needed. And I did (spoiler alert). I was able to get a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in the price range I needed to be at. Terry provided an excellent atmosphere for getting this car and was very understanding of my 10 month old child who needed to run and play. He even came into the play room with paperwork just so my child would have my supervision while still handinling business. It was great and above all what I expected. I will definitely be going back to this dealership for any future vehicles. Thank you Nissan! More

My service was sub-par! I do not like how this establishment handles their business. My appointment for my oil change was late because the location was not open on time, I wa I do not like how this establishment handles their business. My appointment for my oil change was late because the location was not open on time, I was not notified when my car was ready for pick-up, when I called to check the status of my vehicle the person I spoke to was extremely rude and uninformative, my "courtesy" car wash was atrocious, and last but not least my suggested additional services was for a pricey service that was already done BY THIS DEALERSHIP! I came to this dealership for accurate service for the make and model of my vehicle. I will NEVER come back and I do not suggest anyone else come to this location. More
