With today's technology, this should be done within seconds unless it's a trick just to get people on the lot. After finally negotiating a deal, it took an hour and twenty minutes (+ me having to complain about the wait) before we could get back to finance. We were charged a large amount on the sales price for the inspection of the vehicle only to find out that the front radar sensor unit isn't working. You guys are having lots of issues with this part so it should really be on your radar. More

These two employees went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. I walked Into this dealership on a mission to get my wife and family a new car. Due to our recent sons birth issues, we had to have something very dependable in order to drive to and from Atlanta every week. I knew my credit wasn’t the best, and I made that clear from the beginning. Lydale treated me with respect, and never pushed vehicles on me that I didn’t want. He went over all of the features of my new car and made sure I understood. Andrey also went above and beyond and even with my credit situation he was able to get me a brand new car at an exceptional price. The entire car buying process only took a few hours and I will continue to use Sutherlin Nissan and will recommend to all of my friends and family! if you’re looking for a dealership who will treat you like family and work hard to put you in a car at a payment you want, look no further you’ve found them. Personel seem to dismiss anything that is said about a need or concern. While in the center I noticed more than one customer try to converse with a service representative only to see the representative "wave" the customer off or say something like "just a minute".) I believe that I having a concern I raised ignored resulted in a signifcant repair charge for me. Scheduling is a waste of time as info doesn't seem to be relayed. Question validity of emailed offers when referencing the offer scheduler isn't aware of "special" Scheduler quotes a chage then when arriving for service charge is different. More

I was ensured that each technician rates differently based on how they view critical statuses on service. For example my brake lining went from 7mm to 5mm in 10 days according to my service report. So did my car get tested hard while I was away? Or is the mechanic not checking my car like they are supposed to? Reguardless, I've been seeing these guys for years and I can say your in good hands. More
